Dr. Burlingame Passed away On November 2nd at Parkview Gardens, in Racine with her Family at her side. A memorial service will be held on Dec. 11 th, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. at Olympia Brown Unitarian Universalist Church, 625 College av., Racine, WI.

Ginny was director of the Gerontology Institute at UW-Parkside when she joined with Mark Marlaire to start the learning in retirement group known as ALL (Adventures in Lifelong Learning). Their dreams for such learning opportunities has grown to become a member-led group of over 500 members, with lectures, classes, day trips, and focus groups. And friendships, many long-lasting. We are now in our 22nd year, still comfortably ensconced at Parkside, so Ginny and Mark's dream has blossomed well.5N jfh
