It has been a very long time since I last saw your mother, but over the years I thought of her often. I knew you all starting with Neil sleeping on the sofa while we played bridge, knew Betsy through all the comings and goings, right down to Molly.
I will keep "Hinty" in my prayers. I think always of her at the Mount Mary bridge table, she was then known as "Hinty", and I remember the goodies that arrived with the laundry box.
My thoughts go out to all of you.

Your family is in my prayers. All the wonderful things offered here tell me that she was a very precious member of this world and will be missed. Take peace in the knowledge that she is at rest and re-united with her husband once more. A very special angel will watch over you and keep you safe.

Sweet Molly,
I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I have to agree with Jim & Marcia... your mother raised you to be such a wonderful person, so she must have been wonderful also... Heaven is truly a brighter place with your mother there. I know that she will be missed... celebrate her life and remember the great times you had.

Heaven is now a lot brighter with your Mom as an eternal resident! I have never been able to walk past Murray Avenue w/o seeing her creating in the sun! She'll be missed here, but always in our memories!

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I can only imagine her reading a book on the lawn chair while knitting some amazing piece of clothing.

Kate and family,
I was saddened to hear of your mom's death. I understand this difficult time but I KNOW that the memories you hold will help to ease the "missing her" part. I will keep all of you in prayer.
And so, the party continues in heaven...

My sorrow to the family, immediate and extended, and Mrs. Gleason's many friends, on her passing. The Gleason's are one of the finest families I have ever known, and the first family I met after moving to Shorewood in 1961. When my four brothers and sisters pulled me up the block on Murray Ave. to meet Jim, who has been a lifelong friend, and the other (then) five Gleason kids, I thought all families had at least five happy children. More children brought more happiness, and many years of happy marriage. I am certain Mrs. Gleason leaves her family with many happy memories to cherish.
