Judith Groniger Obituary

Groniger, Judith A. (Nee Brown ) A resident of Oak Creek found eternal rest on Friday September 25, 2015 at the age of 77. Born in Taylorville, IL to Gilbert and Dorothy Brown she was a Registered Nurse since 1977 finishing her career with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Judie will be forever loved and missed by her two sons Derek (Laura) of San Antonio, Matt of Oak Creek and her two grandsons Luke and Jack. She will be remembered fondly by her surviving brother Ronald (Judie) Brown of The Villages, FL, many wonderful nieces, nephews, dear friends and neighbors. Judie had a lifelong passion for reading with particular interest in American history. She was an avid gardener with many beautiful flower gardens always receiving her care and attention. For many years she was a season ticket holder of the Brewers and later in life as cancer slowed her down she would watch every game on television. Judie enjoyed to travel having taken trips to Africa, New Zealand, Germany, Alaska and the Lewis & Clark trail but her favorite place was to enjoy the white sands of Siesta Key, FL. There will be a celebration of Judie's life to be held Friday, October 2 from from 1PM to 5PM at di Carlo Pizzeria, 8469 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek 53154 In lieu of flowers please make a generous donation in Judie's honor to the Newfoundland Club of America Rewf Rescue Fund, 1004 Hwy. 78 S., Mt. Horeb, WI 53572.
