I got to work with Ronnie in the 90s, and he taught me so much. He shared some important personal information with me in a way that taught me how to be direct, and when and what to share at work, with no shame.
When I was on the line with him, he would put his hand on my shoulder, cock his head toward where he wanted me to look, and point, and then say, "Look it that. Does that look right to you? See how it's canting that way?" I learned what to look for next time I was there without him. I'm not sure I ever saw him stand still.
People told me he was tough before I met him, but I just loved working with him. I am sorry to hear of his passing. The world is a bit dimmer without him, and ice cream won't taste as sweet.

My heart is broken by the loss of my friend. Our friendship goes way back to the 60's and although we've not kept in close contact in recent years I valued our friendship none the less.
