Robbie Anderson

Mrs. Robbie F. Anderson, 83, died February 27, 2009. Mrs. Anderson was born in Adel, GA and had resided in Lake City since 1953. She was the daughter of the late Collis and Ruby Fender. She is preceded in death by her sisters Elizabeth Sinclair and Mary Snead and by her husbands Thomas Guy McCrary who died in 1956 and Kenneth Anderson who died in 1988. She received her RN degree from the University of Georgia School of Nursing in Augusta, GA. She was employed by the V. A. Medical Center and Lake City Medical Center. She enjoyed traveling, reading and gardening. She was an avid Gator fan.
She is survived by her son: Thomas Roger McCrary and his wife Diane; Grandchildren: Jason McCrary and Shayna (Todd) Ericksen; Great grandchildren: Kenneth McCrary, Brylen and Holly Ericksen; Step Great granddaughter Ashley Ericksen; Nephews: Dixon and Danny Sinclair, Adel, GA, Collis Snead, Onamia, MN; Nieces: Billie Jo Justice, Niceville, FL, and Ann Edwards, Sparks, GA.
A memorial graveside service will be held on Monday, March 2, 2009, at 3 P. M. in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Suwannee Valley Haven Hospice, 6037 US Hwy 90 W, Lake City, FL 32055.Cremation arrangements are under the direction of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 3596 S.
