Keith Murphy Obituary
LANCASTER - Keith A. "Haas" Murphy, Sr. 65 of Lancaster, Ohio died October 30, 2018 at Fairfield Medical Center. He had worked for Heimberger, Inc. as a blacktop layer and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, fish and golf.
Keith is survived by his wife of 29 years, Donita; sons, Keith (Tabby) Murphy, Jr. of Somerset, Ohio, Phillip Murphy of Cincinnati, Ohio and Fred Murphy of Somerset, Ohio; step-sons, Jerry L. Tucker, Jr. and Rusty Tucker both of Lancaster, Ohio and John Garrison of Columbus, Ohio; adopted children, Colleen (Josh) Reliford of Lancaster, Ohio, Johnnie (Darlene) Murphy of Heath, Ohio and Jamie (Bill) Hurst of Crooksville, Ohio; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Jim Murphy of Sugar Grove, Ohio and Bob (Fran) Murphy of Bremen, Ohio; special nieces and nephew, Kiana Garrison, Makayla Arnold and William Arnold; sisters-in-law, Cheryl Newsome and Charlotte Murphy and brothers-in-law, Bill and Marvin Crawford.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Murphy, mother and step-father, Inez and Jim Iser, brother, Glenn and Jack Murphy, sister, Delores Hinton, adopted son, Bobby Murphy and sisters-in-law, Mary Murphy and Annie Murphy.
Funeral service will be held Monday, November 5, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with burial to follow in Primitive Baptist Cemetery, Thurston, Ohio. Friends may visit Sunday from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral home.

What a wonderful, loving man Keith was. The way he loved my best friend Colleen and her siblings, was something beautiful to behold. Ill always be grateful to this man.
