Charles Withem Obituary
Lancaster - Charles "Don" Withem, age 86 of Lancaster, passed away on February 14, 2021 at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. He was born in Lancaster on July 26, 1934 to the late Darrell and Bernadine (Messbarger) Withem. Don was outgoing and loved to be around people. He was a member of Eagles, Amvets, and the American Legion. He loved to golf and bowl.
Don is survived by his children, Cynthia Kidwell and Steven (Heidi) Withem; grandchildren, Allan (Miranda) Withem and Anthony (fiancée Natalie Thurston) Withem; step-grandchildren, Christian Hernandez, Damien Hartman, Marcie Sanderell, and Jodi Radovich; great granddaughter, Aubrey; step-great grandchildren, Cameron, Ashley, and Tommy; siblings, Linda Westenhouser, Raymond Withem and Richard Withem; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth, siblings, Gerald Withem, Ann Kenworthy and son-in-law, Lou Kidwell.
Funeral Service will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at SHERIDAN FUNERAL HOME with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26 at the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions in honor of Don may be made to Chillicothe VA ATTN: Voluntary Services, 17273 OH-104, Chillicothe, OH 45601 with a memo to Lancaster Clinic funding.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family at this difficult time. Don was one of the nicest man we have ever met. We had alot of laughs with Don and Liz out at the Eagles. Don was just alot of fun and nice to everyone. R.i.P Don❤❤
