To the whole Neff and Lewis family, especially Cap'n Howie, Nancy, Jim, David -

My heart goes out to you all. Words can never really say what we feel, but I hope you know that I will be thinking of you all during this time, and the months to come. I will always remember the good times - from Girl Scouts to trips to Catalina aboard the Jinanda. Know she will never be forgotten.

With Love, Tracy
