Floyd Wells Obituary

Wells, Floyd Charles In Loving Memory April 22, 1920 - March 7, 2006
Long time resident of Newport Beach, Floyd passed peacefully after a long illness of Alzheimers. He served in the United States Navy 1942-1944. He attended U.S.C., a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He graduated class of "48. He was with Proctor & Gamble until he retired. He enjoyed traveling and became a travel advisor. He was a member of Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church, where he proudly ushered. He is survived by his loving and caring wife Katheryn "Bunny"; two sons Christopher (Tracy), Brian (Alea) Lampman; five grandchildren, Haley, Ryan, Trinity, Gage and Kale; loving sister Winefred of Iowa; sisters-in-law Marilyn Wells of Minn, Anne Wells of Wash, Carolyn (William) Staroba, California; five nieces, Terri, Eileen, Melissa, Linda and Susan; six nephews David, Robert, Craig, Brian, Marc, Jeffrey and Bob. Floyd was a gentile kind and loving man. His memory will be cherished by all. Thank you to all his caregivers who contributed to his comfort. Private interment. Memorial reception to be announced. Gifts in his memory,if you wish, to Alzheimers Assoc. Orange County Chapter, 17771 Cowan, suite 200, Irvine, CA 92614.
