Wells, Floyd Charles In Loving Memory April 22, 1920 - March 7, 2006
Long time resident of Newport Beach, Floyd passed peacefully after a long illness of Alzheimers. He served in the United States Navy 1942-1944. He attended U.S.C., a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He graduated class of "48. He was with Proctor & Gamble until he retired. He enjoyed traveling and became a travel advisor. He was a member of Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church, where he proudly ushered. He is survived by his loving and caring wife Katheryn "Bunny"; two sons Christopher (Tracy), Brian (Alea) Lampman; five grandchildren, Haley, Ryan, Trinity, Gage and Kale; loving sister Winefred of Iowa; sisters-in-law Marilyn Wells of Minn, Anne Wells of Wash, Carolyn (William) Staroba, California; five nieces, Terri, Eileen, Melissa, Linda and Susan; six nephews David, Robert, Craig, Brian, Marc, Jeffrey and Bob. Floyd was a gentile kind and loving man. His memory will be cherished by all. Thank you to all his caregivers who contributed to his comfort. Private interment. Memorial reception to be announced.
