Brian Vuolo Obituary

Brian Patrick Vuolo, of Palm Springs, CA, born October 9, 1948, in Oak Park, IL died March 27th, 2026. Loving son of the late Armondo and the late Vera (nee O'Brien) Vuolo. Brother of the late Margaret Vuolo and the late Kerry (Pat) Vuolo. Longtime partner of the late Ronnie Gene Griffith and the late Richard Nicholas Benitez. He leaves nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Illinois and California. There are no survivors.
Brian grew up in Berwyn, IL. He worked at his father's service stations from age 13. He was an Eagle Boy Scout, a graduate of Morton West High School in Berwyn and of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. In 1972, he was employed by the Illinois Department of Public Aid in Chicago and Springfield. In 1980, he moved to Los Angeles, where he lived in the Silverlake area, in Glendale, and in Toluca Lake. He was employed by Transamerica Insurance and Hughes Aircraft. He joined Nissan North America in 1985 and retired as Senior Manager of Sales Operations after 25 years of employment. In 2010 he semi-retired and moved to Palm Springs, CA. He served for many years on the boards of his Homeowners Associations.
His interests were investments, classic motor vehicles, computers, and politics. In retirement, he traveled extensively throughout the world.
Per his wishes, there will be no wake or funeral.
