I have so many fond childhood memories with your family and ours that I feel so blessed to hold dear to my heart. Joan & Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Don was a wonderful man, and I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to meet and work with him at Lee's. I had the opportunity to work with Don at Lee Funeral Home. I remember when I first started, him and Joan were so gracious and wanted to help me succeed here. I will certainly miss Don's big bear hugs after the services when him and Joan would say goodbye. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren. What an honor it is for all of us at Lee Funeral Home to have had the opportunity to work with such a great man. I truly believe Don is looking down on us from Heaven and will always be watching over his family. I will carry Don in my heart always.

I was so sad to find out that Don passed away. I didn't know he was sick. Don was a sincere, kind and loving man. He was also very proud of his family and grandchildren. I enjoyed the years working with him in the Field Division at SCIC in Melville. He will be dearly missed by everyone! You are in my thoughts Joan.
