Nancy Haske Obituary
December 1, 1941 - October 27, 2022
Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Daniel T. Haske. She is survived by her husband, Anthony Haske; children and spouses, Tony Haske, Julie (Mark) Oberlies, John (Marlene) Haske, Nancy (Jim) Schoenecker, Lucy (Jason) Beiter, Perry (Jayne) Haske, Molly Haske, and Jeanne Haske; 18 grandchildren; siblings, Kathleen Hall, and Elaine (Emmett) Cassidy; nieces and nephews.
VISITATION begins Thursday, November 3rd, 5pm at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 102nd and Blondo Street, with a WAKE SERVICE at 7pm. MASS of CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, November 4th, at 10am at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 102nd and Blondo Street. Memorials to Creighton Prep, or Christ Child Society, or St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN.

Tony, and family, our hearts go out to you in the loss of Nancy!
"Sacred Seward Street" was a wonderful community-- knowing you as friends and neighbors! Nancy taught Lisa for 2 years in the "Bubble Class". I can say we are all better people from Dear Nancy´s quiet kind, compassionate influence on every life she touched.
Be gentle with yourselves and each other in this gut wrenching time of grief!

I had the great privilege to work with Nancy as her teacher assistant and even more privileged to have her teach my son. She was an exceptional teacher and friend. My son remembers many teachers but Mrs. Haske was one he always held dear. Our condolences to her family. You're mother held her faith very close to her heart and shared her love for her family with emense pride. It was an honor to have known her.

Your mom was the best carpool mom; she would quietly listen to John and I gibber jabber in the back seat of your Scirocco and then, out of nowhere, throw a smart aleck comment into the conversation. I aspired to be that cool as I carted our kids to soccer practice. Take care and know you all are in Lowndes families' prayers.

Nancy was one of the best educators. She was always so kind and helpful. She will be greatly missed. I send my condolences to Tony, her kids, and her grandchildren. Heaven gained a wonderful angel.
