In St Catherine's Hospice
DAVID JOHN
Aged 60 years.
A brilliant and kind man.
Son of John and Muriel (deceased),
an adoring husband to Suzanne
a supportive and loving father to
Matthew, Evie, Douglas, Stuart and Adam (deceased),
grandad to Ryan, and a
much loved brother and son in law.
David will be greatly missed.
He died following a brave fight
throughout which he showed immense positivity and courage.
Funeral service and committal
at Charnock Richard Crematorium
on Thursday 28th September at 12.00noon.
Family flowers only please.
