My dear ole friend if you were here today I would tell you how much it meant to me that you helped teach my boys to walk with that rope you rigged up in your backyyard. I can't tell you how much more it meant that my boys got to see YOU learn to walk again! Your strength to overcome adversity is amazing and you had an iron will to live like no other. Your love for sports and horse racing showed in all you did. You took practicing for bowling and golf to another level, almost obessed! You were funny all the time and I will never forget all the jokes, rhymes and dances all the way to Kalamazoo zoo zoo zoo with your fingers pointing, smile on your face, hat on your head. I will miss you my dear friend, we had lots of talks on your front porch when I was young and April Fool's Day will never be the same again.... Mary Gallo
