When I attended my first QB meeting as a guest, Neil was one of the first QB's to shake my hand a welcome me. I was really impressed about his genuine friendly warmth. Our friendship lasted over 30 tears when Neil made his final take off heading west. Thank you for all the memories Neil. Chuck Hagen

Neil was first a patient of mine many years ago. I always talk to my patients and because of that I got to know Neil pretty well. He was a pilot. My amazing partner Bruce was a pilot too. I was instrumental in these two amazing men getting together and becoming friends as well as QB members. Neil was one of the most amazing human beings I have ever known in my life. How I will miss him. More than words could ever say.
Rest in peace my magnificent friend. Bruce loved you. And so do I.

Neal was a good friend and a great humorist person even if that is a word. He was so funny all the time. I have know this man for many years, he's my brothers father in law. I loved seeing him every week on Wednesday at Lisa pizza after our bowling team played, he was always there sitting at the bar, and i always got a hug and kiss.. He was such a very nice man. I am so sorry for his passing, but he wont suffer any more. He is a piece, with no pain.

Neal was a fellow Quiet Birdmen who I am honored to have had as a dear friend for many years. Neil was a true Quiet Birdmen, as to be one you must be a pilot with a certain number of hours but most importantly you must be a good fellow and that he was. As you pick up your heading of 270 and climb to altitude my dear friend may you have clear skies and a strong tailwind. Rest in peace dear friend.

I love them both very much and Im glad he is not layong in a hostipal bed
If anyone one knew Neil Boswer they know he had to always be working or helping with transportation with family members ,he could not be still.

I always looked forward to visiting with Neil, usually at our QB meetings. I'll never forget the return trip from our BGR meeting that was cut a little short due to an engine failure. Neil safely parked his airplane in a farmer's field in Hampden on a moonless night. Thanks to his choice of a landing spot and his cool response when the upper branches of a tree started pounding the wings, four souls walked away with zero injuries. Cleared for take off on 27. Maintain runway heading. Altitude at your discretion. God speed Neil.
