Dear Karen and Family: Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your husband and loved one. I met Stan many years ago when he started my financial profile as an employee of Dr. Sheffield. I remember saying I know I won't ever be a millionaire but try to make me a little money Stan. He laughed and said "I'll do my best" All these years later and I am still part of UBS. May you take comfort in all the memories you share with friends and family. I am very very sorry for your loss. Karen

Both Charlie and I are so saddened to hear of the sudden loss of Stan. We have both been crying, even Charlie in his hospital bed. Stan was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and the best father-in-law my son, Gregory, could have wished for. They enjoyed playing golf together, and the grandchildren loved cuddling on his lap. We are so grateful to have known him, and for us and my daughter's family to be included in so many family affairs and activities. Stan will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. All our love, thoughts, and prayers, to Karen, Meredith, Alyssa, Darcy, their spouses, and the grandchildren.

Stan Winer, the legend. I have had the distinct pleasure of working with this man for over 31 years. We grew up together in the financial industry. He was my boss, my mentor, but most importantly my friend, my knight in shining armor, my hero. We both knew how blessed we were to have an amazing working relationship and I will always hold that dear to my heart. I was privileged to be a part of his family, as we always called ourselves. And I am honored to have been loved so well by such an amazing man. There will be no other Stanley Winer, as he was one of a kind. I will love you forever Stan, rest peacefully my friend.

My sincere condolences to Stan's family on the loss of this wonderful human being. Stan was truly a gentleman. Kind and generous with his time and talent. He will be sorely missed by those who knew him and especially by those of us who also sought his professional expertise and counsel.
For the also 30 years I knew him, he never failed to make me laugh. We could not agree about the Red Sox as I'm a Yankee fan but he still tolerated me and I valued him as no other in his commitment to his clients and to his friends.
RIP, Stan.

Please accept my deepest condolences.
Stan was always kind and caring and had a wonderful sense of humor that touched everyone that knew him. I've been thinking of all the great times at JCC and CCC many years ago since I heard the sad news. "Great Guy" says it all. My thoughts are with you.
