Tuggy and Michael -- No words can express the sorrow you feel on the loss of your Wife and Mother. My sincere sympathy to you and the entire Hicks family.
What I started working at Durkee Foods who would have though my path would have led to a 38 year friendship with Ann. There are countless memories of this wonderful women who touched the lives of anyone that was fortunate to know her. Her support of family and friends was endless.
She is going to be missed by all.

To my godmother and sweet lady that inspired me and fed me physically and spiritually I am so happy to celibrate her life and thank god for blessing us with her. I pray we are all good enough to meet again some day and walk with her and our Lord. She is home now. God bless her for her love and service to so many. She will be missed.

Ann was the nicest lady that i ever worked with and I always told her that. Such a wonderful person and always had a smile. An excellent cook and she always treated me like family. Even though i moved to Tennessee 3 years ago, I always made it a point to visit her and Tuggy. She will be greatly missed by everyone. I was privileged to call her my friend. There is a new angel in Heaven.

The thoughts and prayers of all the Sacred Heart Senior Living residents are with our good friend Luther and his family. Although they were forced to be apart, Anna was a constant presence in Luther's every thought. His love for her was an inspiration to all of us.

Heaven has now gained another angel and Annie and her daughter Robin are reunited. I bet the rest of angels are eating well and enjoying sweet treats and the company of these sweet souls. Their love will remain with us forever.

Our deepest Sympathy to the Hicks family. Heaven has gained another Angel. Ann was my cousin, my Godmother and a treasured family member. Even though the miles separated us over the years, we remained close and chatted often. I will treasure all the chats we had, all the visits we had especially when I was younger, and all the cookie recipes we shared! She is now at peace, and with my parents and Robin. May they all looked down on all of us and watch over us until we meet again.
