Vernon Loveall Obituary
Vernon worked and retired from PG&E after 34 years. During those 34 years he worked with and touched so many people. Vern was a devoted son helping to care for his elderly parents until the end of their lives. He was always the one to speak at get-togethers, weddings and funerals making sure to add laughter to any event. He loved to tell stories. His kindness, love and faith made everyone around him happy. He will be missed by all who knew him and especially by those who meant everything to him—his family and many friends as well as their
little Yorkie, Rose.
Vernon is survived by his beloved wife, Cecelia; his daughters Terry (Cory) Kovaciny of Merced, Lori (Helder) Garcia of Modesto, and Jennifer (Michael) Zuniga of Merced, his step children Melani (Kurt) Simmons of Marysville CA, Kelli (Chris) Betts of Merced, Brandi (Robert) Bohn of Sacramento, Emili (Michael) Rivera of Merced, Cindi (Gary) Gaither of Merced and Chris (Janet) Peterson of Merced; his Sister Maxine Landers of Woodland CA, his brothers L.D. (Wanda) Loveall of Hughson CA, Jerry (Barbara) Loveall of Dallas GA, and Harold (Doris) Loveall of Hackett, AR. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Melvin, Joe and Jack Loveall, and step son Andrea Rogers.
Vernon's Celebration of Life will be Monday, October 2, 2017, at First Baptist Church, 500 Buena Vista Ave., Merced CA at 11:00 am. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please feel free to make a donation to First Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.
