Jerry E. Knaack

San Jose
Jerry, 84, beloved husband, dad and grandpa, passed peacefully on Aug. 14. Jerry served in the US Air Force for 26 years and later worked as a technician at ITEK.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 59 years, Toshiko, his sons Eddie (Kim) and Paul, and grandsons Jerry, Andrew and Brent.
A memorial celebration will be held at Mount Olive Ministries, 2038 E. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas, CA on Aug. 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. He will be interred at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery on Sept. 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.

I was looking at some slides from my days on Okinawa in the late 60s and saw pictures of Jerry & Toshiko. They befriended me at the Lutheran Service Center. You guys were a great comfort to a lonely sailor far away from home! So sorry to hear of Jerry's passing.
