Patricia and Family,

I was saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I worked with him at the engine plant in Kenosha and always thought of him as a stand up person. He was a brother and a friend and I will always think of him with fond memories. My deepest sympathy to the entire family and may Frank rest in peace.
