I only knew Jerry for a short time; however he made a significant impression on me. I know he has found peace. Veterans may pass on, but they never leave us.

I was very sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. I remember him from many years ago when I was married to his cousin, Ken Bunker. Ken and I always enjoyed Jerry's company. Ken asked me to pass his condolences to the family, and I will keep you all in my prayers.

Dear Bunker Family,
I don't know many people who enjoyed life more than Jerry Bunker. He loved his family dearly and just beamed when he spoke of his grandchildren. I'm thankful for the years I shared doing business with him and for our simple talks about life. Jerry can now ride that big tractor in the sky with all those who went before him. God Bless Jerry and God Bless you all. Paul R.

Our most sincere condolences to all of you. Jerry was so much fun to be around and gave so much of himself to help others. Dennis and he spent hundreds of hours restoring our Super A tractor and it was done at a time when Dennis really needed a hobby or project. Jerry was patient, mentoring and though they had some "Oops" moments, the tractor looks amazing. He will be sorely missed by all of us. I pray that your fond and loving memories can help you through this very sad time.

To my brother Jerry,
It is unbelievable to me, that you are not here on earth to be my Big Brother anymore. I cherish the closeness that we shared since Mom and Dad died. You became my new BFF. We were the luckiest kids in the world. Thank you for two beautiful nieces, and their incredibly awesome families that I will remain forever devoted to. I know your struggle to survive this was great, and you wanted more time with them, but God needed you more, I guess. He needs some good humor up there.. please tell Mom amd Dad that I will be okay.
Love, Your kid sister, Marilyn

Gerry was one of my dad's best friends and at the end of his life, my dad asked Gerry to watch out for my mom. Gerry did just that and I am forever grateful for the friendship he blessed my family with. My heartfelt condolences go out to all of his family. Karen Potenza
