Jason & Katie, I worked with your father numerous times including a few times at the Ceres Flea Market. I witnessed first hand, the appreciation & admiration the public had for Bob as did we. He will be greatly missed.

Bob, We were so blessed to have you in our lives. We had some good times together and shared some wonderful memories. You will be missed greatly be Harlan and myself. To our Bobby-Dad, we will miss our visits and the love and care you gave us unconditionally. When Mom would bring us to Ceres, we always knew where we were going as soon as she turned off the Hwy and we got so excited we made her drive crazy. Pulling up in front of our old home we would bark and cry until you came out of the door and took us inside. Someday we will wait for you to come out of heavens door to bring us inside. Until then we will keep you in our little doggie hearts always.

Jason & Katie, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was such a wonderful man. I am so glad I got to do all the things I did with him from cruises to motorcycle rides to even some family vacations with my family. He truly was a one of a kind man and I know first hand he would do anything for his friends. We will miss him so much but he is not alone in Heaven. Love you all so very much!

Jason and Katie, your father was by far the nicest person I had ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. I too joked with him about needing a ride home, especially on foggy days. His smile was infectious as was his personality. He was loved by all who knew him! He will be greatly missed.

To Bob's loved ones, Bob was one of the nicest persons I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I had problems with collecting child support years ago. When I met Bob, I had questions about child support services. He literally asked for my paperwork and accomplished in a month what would have taken three to six months to complete. He wanted nothing in return except to know that he made me very happy. And, he did. He finally excepted a diet and a regular two-liter pepsi. I will miss his glowing smile and his definite way of spreading that feel-good feeling when you had contact with him. God bless that man.

I enjoyed kidding with Bob about his long commute to work and offered him a ride many times. The picture used in his memorial was taken by me when he was honored for all his hours of service at the Ceres Flea Market. For as long as memories live, those you love will never die. Bob it was fun working under your supervision at the Family Support Division in 1998. I have often wondered how things were going for you. Sorry I had to read about this in the newpaper instead of picking up the phone to see how things were going on with you. You were always a very caring and giving individual and I am sure so many people whose paths you crossed will also agree. Thank you so much for being who you were. Bob, I just wanted you to know that you made an indelible impression on me. I first met you when by chance you were called to my house to quiet some trouble with my in-laws. Later you also became a subscriber of mine on one of my Bee Routes. The times we got to talk were priceless to me. You helped me through the death of your co-worker and another subscriber of mine, Howie Stevenson. You said that the best way to remember Howie was to emulate him in all that I do. Now I find I must do the same for you.
