OLIVIA WILLIAMS Obituary

WILLIAMS, Olivia (""Libby"") Todd, 91, a long-time resident of Montgomery died late Sun-day, July 30, 2006 after several months of illness following a stroke. When her husband, Har-ry T. Williams, passed away in 1978, Mrs. Williams remained in Montgomery to be near her nephew, the late Rodney Wor-thington Barry, Sr. (Margaret), and her niece, Ethel ""Jinx"" Jen-kins (Stan). She is also survived by Mr. Williams adopted son, Larry McCarty, formerly of Montgomery, who resides in Chesapeake Bay, VA, with his wife, Anne.She was a member of Dalraida United Methodist Church.Surviving nephews include Tan-dy Warren Carter (Caroline), David W. Carter (Joy), Alton B. Todd (Jana) and Dr. John N. Todd III (Phyllis). Surviving nieces are Miriam H. Ingram (Robert), Louisa H. Watson (Rev. Earl), Betty Ann Nichols and many great and great great nieces and nephews.Recently deceased close rela-tives include Ruth Ozier Terry, Richard H. Barry, (Dora), Thel-ma ""Tebby"" Cowan (Hugh), Er-nest W. Todd, Jr. and Samuel E. Hudgens, Jr. and Carol Todd.Mrs. Williams was the last of seven Todd siblings: John Nor-ton Todd (Alton), Ida Todd Bar-ry Meek, Anna Mae Carter (Ho-bdy), Ernest W. Todd, Sr. (Dora), Ruth Hudgens (Rev. Samuel E.), and Emily Todd Coker.Graveside burial service will be held by Greenwood Cemetery at 10:30 am on Wednesday, August 2, 2006, conducted by the Rev. Paul Turner of Dalraida United Methodist Church and Rev. Earl Watson, retired Meth-odist minister. Family and friends will assemble at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dalraida UMC Youth Programs or a charity of your choice.Leak-Memory Chapel Directing
