My sincere condolences to the Stewart family. I never met General Stewart but would have considered it a great honor to have done so. I read about the General in the Air Force Times, today. Being familiar with Dinwiddie County, Va., and having flown for many years out of the Petersburg/Dinwiddie airport, I felt a special connection with the General. I am retired from the USAF; my son is also retired from the USAF. I would have loved to have been able to meet and speak with General...
