Aaron Byrd Obituary
May 31, 1996 - February 5, 2021
Aaron James Byrd, 24, of Statesville, passed away Friday, Feb. 5, 2021.
Born in Iredell County, May 31, 1996, he was the son of James Andrew Byrd and Brenda Sue Seamon Byrd. Aaron was a 2014 graduate of South Iredell High School, where he played baseball. He enjoyed football, basketball, playing Xbox, growing flowers and was one that never met a stranger.
Aaron loved his family and friends, and will be missed by all that knew him.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his sister, Amanda Renee Clark; brother, Evan Byrd; half sister, April Settelmeyer; grandparents, Brenda Waller O'Neal, and Bruce and Virginia Byrd; niece, Kaylee Renee Clark; and nephew, Zander Jayce Clark.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Red Cross, P.O. Box 37839 Boone, IA 50037-0839.

We are sad to read of Aaron´s untimely death and can imagine the heartache felt by his family. For him all pain is gone and for that we are thankful, but the absence of this young man leaves a hole in this family. Hold each other close and share memories of the good times. Peace to you as you meet each day.
