Not sure what to say?

Our sincere condolences to the entire Lazare family. Many Saturday mornings were spent with Myron, with very heavy discussions. Aaron was a very special person and will be missed.

My dears, I felt blessed to know Aaron even just a little. I pray that you find consolation in the love that is more powerful than cancer.

Dr Lazare set a tone of maturity, egalitarianism, and mutual respect. Entering Umass as a medical student when he was newly at the helm, I found the entire institution to be held in this calming presence. He inspired us as medical students to not only be our best, but to be authentic doing so. I will remain ever grateful for his teachings.

Louise I am deeply sorry to hear about Aaron.
I remember talking with him July 2014 at Nicks.
Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Louise:

I'll always remember Aaron as a good friend and colleague during those years at MGH. It was such an honor to share the joys and sorrows you both experienced during that time. I'm shocked and saddened by his death.

He told his father he had just seen a woman patient who had trouble having a good relationship with a...
