Dr. Abraham Cano

Dr. Abraham Cano began helping patients and families at the Rio Grande State MH-MR Center from the time he began practicing medicine in Harlingen. For a number of years, Mrs. Mary Helen Cano also helped many residents and families at the RGSC Developmental Disabilities Inpatient Unit.
