The first member i met when i joined the James River Country Club was Dr. Link.I Liked him right away as he made me feel so welcome.I had the privilege of playing golf with Dr. Link on several occasions and I found him to be a fine player, a genuine sportsman, and a true gentleman.I considered him the consummate family man.I know he will be missed by all who truly knew him. I worked for Dr. Link l963 through 1967. I remember him as a hard working gentleman. He was very proud of his family. I know all the family have special memories of Dr. Link as well as I do. My prayers go with you.
