Joanna, Rima, and Rita: Shrin and I are holding you all close in our hearts and thoughts. Here are a few of my fond memories of your mom: how she packed all us girls into her car to go hiking at Great Falls, how she struggled to pronounce "squirrel," how she tracked Jo's and my backpacking trip across Europe, and how she was the only parent who ENCOURAGED the idea of boys in the same house on our senior trip to Ocean City.
