Not sure what to say?

I feel tremendous sadness at Adam's passing. As Adam's mother's cousin, I know of his strong sense of family. He was much loved.
Ruthann Connolly, Mesa Arizona

I am so sorry to hear about Adam's passing. My deepest sympathy goes out to his wife, parents, friends, and family.

The members of the Promenade tennis family were saddened to hear the news of Adam's passing. We will all miss him not only as a player, but as a neighbor and good friend. We have fond memories of the many hours we shared with him both on and off the courts.

We want to extend our condolences to his family.

Promenade tennis committee, staff, players, and friends.

I'm very sad to hear about Adam's passing. I had the privilege to know him at the Promenade, where I live. He was a true part of our community and he will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to all his loved ones.

"To Adam's family and friends: Please accept my heart-felt condolences. I had the honor to get to know Adam over the past two years, mostly from playing tennis together at the Promenade and elsewhere - and also because of our shared love of the Yankees. He was an extremely intelligent and warm person and a kind friend - always someone I looked forward to spending time with. He touched the lives of many people and I will miss him greatly." Mike Small (Gaithersburg, MD)

I'm so sad to hear about Adam's passing - he was such a good friend and I'll miss him!! I hope he knows how much he was loved by his friends and family.

To the Lilling family and friends.

I hope that I can share with you how much your son, husband, brother and friend has meant to me in the past two years.

My life was better for having known Adam!

Adam had a smile that made my joy feel welcomed! Adam's heart had open arms for all that chose to embrace him. But most of all Adam had a willingness to slow his life for a moment to make others feel his presence.

I will truly treasure the times I spent...
