You are a hero to so many people. You will forever live in all of our memories. You will never be forgotten.

Look down on all of us and help us through this time of sadness.

We miss you more with every passing day.

Adam was such a great person, he had a huge heart and an amazing personality. It is hard to lose someone espically someone who has a special impact on the people around him.It is very sad to lose someone so young and i know that he is safe now, and has no more pain and suffering. He is looking down upon all his friends and loved ones and will live in all of our hearts and memories forever. Adam you will never be forgotten.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Dear Adam: It was wonderful to reconnect with you in the past two years. You brought back pleasant memories to me of that sweet, shy boy whom I met as a ninth grader at Fitch High School and whom I had the pleasure to watch grow into an awesome young man when he was graduated with the Class of 2003. I especially enjoyed your visit to me with Cheryl in September...I admired your courage and strength and spirit as you fought the disease that ravaged your body. I am so happpy that you and...

Adam,
I miss you so much! It breaks my heart I wasn't able to be with you or your Mom during all this. You were gentle and kind, funny, sweet, and a good friend to many, many people, including my sons, Tim, Jeremiah and Sam. They also are broken-hearted at your loss. I will think of you as...
