Not sure what to say?

Adel was my case manager around 1999... she was one of only a handful of people I ever liked and trusted in her field. (As I look over my past...as a client) She really was worldly, confident, understanding, sincerely interested, and seemed to love life. A great role model. I remember her as if it was just yesterday... My condolences to her family and loved ones.

I just can't believe it. Adele was our "angel". She helped my mom and our family during my mom's last few years. My mom referred to her as her best friend as she helped her find her way past the loss of our dad. Upholding my mom's dignity and spirit in a way only a true angel could. Through this Adele and I became very close and always made light of a tough situation. We kept in touch texting daily as she battled cancer; I never though she would succumb to it. Sending all my love and...

Adele was such an enthusiastic and welcoming person. I feel fortunate to have known her. She will be missed.

We were very sorry to hear of Adele's passing. She was a wonderful person and was a great friend to both my parents. Adele had a wonderful talent to talk with people, find out their interests and make them comfortable in conversation. She became a good friend to my mother Carol and was very giving of her time and assistance. She will miss her and the weekly times that they spent together.

We shared some wonderful times in Vermont with Adele and David, as well as sailing. We will miss them both.

I am honoured to have met Mrs. Hersant and their beautiful family through their kindness while in Europe. They open heartedly asked me to stay with them when I was unable to travel across the border to Switzerland to attend school. I always cherish their kindness and memories. My deepest condolences to her family.

Adele and her mom visited my consignment store every Friday for many years. They would shop and then have lunch on the shoreline. We shared many laughs over how many scarves Mrs. Marret must have in her collection. It was always fun when they stopped by and it became quite a routine. I always thought how kind it was that Adele took the time out of her busy life to drive her mom so she could get out and shop. Adele, myself and my mom who helps me at the store all became close and I am very...

Olivia, Lea and Park, Your mother has been a role model for me since the day I met her when we all lived in Kentucky. Beautiful, brilliant, accomplished, talented and kind, she will be terribly missed. I am so sorry I did not get to see her since my move to Connecticut but am grateful for our recent text exchanges. Of course, her enthusiasm and optimism came through her writing and I am so glad she had a lovely holiday with her family. Thinking of you all. Love, Tante Kerry
