Adele Davis Obituary

Adele Hubbard Davis passed away on September 25, 2025, in Sacramento, CA, at the age of 92. She is survived by her daughters Cheri (Ted) and Kelly (Don), stepdaughters Dianne and Jayne (Mat), grandsons Evan (Miriam) and Darin (Jennifer), and great granddaughters Natalia, Julietta, and Sophia. Adele spent several years teaching in Japan and Germany before returning to the United States. After marrying her late husband, Art, she settled in Sacramento, where she became a substitute teacher. In retirement, Adele enjoyed crafting and became affectionately known as "Grandmadele" to neighborhood children.

A memorial service will be held on October 19 at 1:00 p.m. at First Christian Church, 3901 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95819. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Sacramento Children's Home.
