As someone who had the pleasure and honor to know Dr. Blake and his beloved deceased wife Mary ( An MD as well) as someone who called on his office in Waltham and later as a patient and friend I wish my deepest sympathy to his beloved family on his passing. He was the most caring doctor I ever dealt with. He always had time for his patients. He hated that insurance companies thought they knew how a doctor should deal with a patient in 15 minutes tops. He was the best and a true leader at Waltham Hospital. Thank you Dr. Blake for your foresight, leadership and bedside manners. You were the best. Sleep Well My Friend.

Dr Blake was a true gentleman, a credit to his profession, an excellant diagniostition, a very kind and considerate man, he was a pleasure to work with for me as a nurse, I took care of countless of his patients at The Waltham Hospital, he was a wonderful primary care physician to my mother and for myself as well, he is a doctor and friend who will be missed by many, more people than any of us can imagine will miss him so very much!!!
