Katrina Thomas has many fond memories of Lee's hospitality, especially of visits made to Water Mill with her dog a Rottweiler mutt also welcomed. When Lee was not busy writing she gave parties in her NYC flat with its view of the Triborough Bridge which were gatherings of those who lived or visited the upper East side of Manhattan. A friend and neighbor Lee will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
