Donna and family: I only learned of Al's passing today in the Star Tribune south section. Although I did not know Al well, I remember seeing him often at Al Baker's, where he would always take time to greet customers regardless of how busy it was. At the Enjoy grand opening, Al spoke to me at length about his restaurant background and experience. He was obviously both a well-liked and well-respected man.
