In memorian - Albert Cochrane
Albert Cochrane was head of the music department when I was a pupil there from 1956 until 1961. He was a wonderful musician and teacher, and always played his piano between classes. I used to change my route to my next class, so that I could pass his classroom, and listen to his wonderful piano playing. He inspired me to wish to become a music teacher, which I eventually did.
