Rev. Albert W. Kovacs

I am greatly saddened by the passing of a truly great friend, the Rev. Albert Kovacs, whom I have known since our early youth at the John Calvin Hungarian Reformed Church in Perth Amboy, NJ. Among many other important accomplishments and treasured memories, he was most instrumental in placing the archival material of my (late) father, the Rev. Anthony Szabo, in the Bethlen Museum and Archives for which I am grateful more than words can say. Another very treasured memory is the part Rev....

Rev Al Kovacs supported me and my wife Marj in the early to mid 90's as I was seeking ordination in the UCC. I was ordained in the Reformed Christian faith of the Calvin Synod in Nov. 95 and he led the service for me in St. Louis, MO. I will always remember you for your faith, convictions and joy. May the Lord Jesus bless all in your family
