Albert William Langley

I met Carol and Al in 1974 when my late husband Rory and I attended First Friends Church in Pasadena They were great people who enriched our lives. Sending greetings to his family I´m living in Nor Cal long time retired from teaching and a mother of one son, Michael God Bless the Langelys

My husband Rory and Icmet he Langley Family while attending First Friends in 1974. Al was a good pastor and Carol a gracious hostess inviting us for lunch after one Sunday service My condolences to Carol, Barbara, Bill and Jim. Know that your Dad was special and he was so kind to my late husband and I. We had moved to Northern California by the 1980´s and lost touch over the years He lived a very rich life with three great kids, now adults, to be proud of.

Albert played a big role in my young life. I can picture his bright smile now as he shared peaches from his tree, chaperoned the youth group on weekend camping trips, joked with as as a slight reprimand for toilet papering his home (during church!), lovingly spoke life lessons as he wed my husband and I, beautifully including my soon to be son in the ceremony, and so much more. Memories of Albert are sweet. He made my life rich.

My condolences Carol. I´m hoping you find comfort in remembering the gentle, kind soul that I knew. Best wishes to you at this hard time.
