Although I did not have the opportunity to know Ray, it is obvious that he made a huge impact in the lives of many. Not only will he be missed by family and friends, but also by our Parks & Recreation family and profession. My heart goes out to all of you.

Our deepest condolences to the Massey family! Mr. Ray will be missed by many! The love that he shared with so many will never be forgotten.
