Not sure what to say?

may your father rest in the peace of the lord. our condolences to your family

I don't have enough words of praise for Abby, he was a Great coach, a mentor, and good friend. I'll cherish all the memories, from Little league football, to all Sunday afernoons watching the Steelers together with Ab and Jane at the Polar Star Club. He's is Hall of Fame in my book !!

Sorry for your loss. Your Dad & Mom were truly special people. Linda Daney

My heart goes out to that side of my family. Big Ab was the best. Always called me Nicodemus and I have no idea why. Sorry I couldn't make it up there for him. Take care and God bless.

I loved Big Ab. He was my idol and the greatest coach I ever knew. Also, he was a great man, husband, father and friend. My prayers go out to his family as I have enjoyed every moment spent with the Rush family. i am blessed to have had the opportunity to spend time with Big Ab at Polar Star Field, his house with Abbie, Duck, Stan and that great lady Jane, Breezy Heights, out of town tournaments that can never be matched in the fun factor, all games, events, banquets and the list goes on....

Please accept my sympathy for the loss of your father. I spent many weekends officiating wrestling at Avella. Abbie was always supportive and a great influence on the youth of Avella. Prayers for your family

I will always have fond memories of "Big Abby". My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Mike Priola

I will never forget the day Abbi came to my house to pick me up for a football game and my mom chased him down the driveway with a broom - had the greatest time that day- we laughed all the way to the game!
