The wonderful Bertie Hogg was a passionate AND compassionate advocate for victims and survivors of crime. As a Founding Board member of the National Center for Victims of Crime, Bertie was instrumental in strengthening Texas' victims' rights laws over 30 years ago. So sorry for your loss. Bertie was so special and such a true `Lady´ She had such a wonderful long life and will be remembered for her generous spirit.
