Not sure what to say?

We have so many good memories of "Uncle Alex" visiting Bellingham in recent years. He was indeed full of life and passionate about learning and heritage and enjoying life to its fullest. As Dad's cousin he became a fun extended member of the family. I'll think of him as we look at his watercolor of a beach scene. We'll miss you, Uncle Alex. with love, Ann, Gary, Gladys, Jane

Thoughts and prayers and wishing good memories for all his family!

Dear Ron and Sha, while I do not Dad D personally, I feel by knowing and loving Ron, I did because Ron is a wonderful person just like his Dad! Love, Candy DePietro-Bernacchi

we smile everyday we see your watercolors which brighten our walls and photos of your cheery smile on the fridge.
we love you, gramps/great-gramps.
will think of you always.

My condolences to the Doucette family. I had the pleasure to work with Al on many projects at NUSC and he always brightened my day with a story. A very compassionate and caring man. May he rest in peace.

Dear fanily of Al,
I am so sorry for the loss of your dad, brother and grandfather. I knew him to be a sweet man, who always wanted to help everyone whenever he could. He will be remembered always.

Our condolences to all of Alex's family, friends and loved ones. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We are grateful for his dedicated and long service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Force. He qualified in submarines on the USS Cochino SS-345 in 1948 and retired from the Navy as ETCS(SS). May God bless you with peace and fond memories, comfort you and heal the broken hearts. To our "Brother of the Dolphin", a member of the Holland Club having been qualified in submarines for more that...

Ron and Sharon - sorry for your loss of a special dad/gramps - he indeed was a very unique man and highly involved in lots of interesting things - he loved life and lived a good one and he was fortunate to see his children settle in life with families. He also enjoyed his grandkids and great grandkids, sweet! RIP, Mr. Doucette as you will be greatly missed by all.

My sincere sympathies to to the entire Doucette family. We grew up down the street and your family were always fun

Your Dad was always gentle and warm to us all.

God Bless
