Not sure what to say?

Benina Gonzlez - long time personal friend, told us often of her pride for her relative, Mayor Garcia. As much as we care for Benina - here in Dallas TX - we know that this must have been a good man.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Benina and ALL of her family. We have heard her pain and understand her loss.

To the Lopez Family, we extend our deepest sympathies, condolences and prayers to you during this very difficult time. We also pray for the residents, families and employees of the City of Chicago Heights. The Latino Breakfast Club

MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO THE ENTIRE LOPEZ FAMILY.ALEX WAS A GREEAT PERSON AND WILL BE MISSED DEEPLY MAY GOD WATCH OVER HIM AND HIS FAMILY EACH AND EVERY DAY.

I’m deeply saddened by the passing of my friend Alex Lopez. At Western Illinois University he was my neighbor and throughout our college years became one of my best friends. Although we lost contact with each other over the years, the memories we shared together have remained. If you were fortunate enough to have known Alex you will never forget him. I feel truly blessed to have known him… Keep laughing and smiling my friend.

To Joe and all the Lopez family, My heart aches for you and with you. Hondo was a very special man and will truly be missed. He made his mark on this earth. You all have so much to proud of. Please know that I am thinking and praying for you.

To the Lopez Family,

May God's presence be a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your pathway.

On behalf of "Java Sip" 1555 State Street, Chicago Heights, IL. You have our deepest sympathy, and will be in our prayers. Mr. & Mrs. Harris

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious. "One man of his word" will never forget you !!!

We will miss a very great Mayor.Condolences to the family.
