Not sure what to say?

I consider Al as one of my mentors in Club Management. Robert E Lee, CCM

Al was an old friend, a person I am honored to be considered his friend. Sad to hear of his passing. Our sympathy to his family. Will his memorial service be published. We would like to attend.
Larry Reynolds, Chico, CA

Michele and Mike:

Sorry to hear of your loss. Your father was a wonderful man and we have such fond memories of the times we all spent together on vacation at Tahoe and Mortons.

Al was a great guy and a great boss. I was fortunate to have worked for him. Thanks Al...Steve DePetro

Al was the best at celebrating life. He was a great friend and mentor. Barbara and I will cherish knowing Joanne and Al forever.

Al will be remembered by those that knew him as a true professional. He certainly helped guide & mentor many of us in our careers as Club Managers. I remember all the years we served together on the Northern California Chapter Club Manager's Scholarship Foundation which now has an endowment of over $380,000. I plan on making a contribution to The Golden State Chapter Scholarship Foundation (new name) in his honor.

Al will be missed by all, my condolences to you for your loss.
Sincerely,
Jeff Yee

I knew Al from his final management position at Santa Rosa Country Club. He always invited young managers up to play the course. He was helpful in my job hunt and giving me a reference when I needed it. He was a good friend
and fellow manager.
