Dear Mary Ann and Family, I have known Al since 1980. I was a high-school and then college-co-op. He hired me into Dow as a full-time employee. I still have the handwritten performance reviews he wrote for me. I typically see him 2-3 times a year at different local events and we talk about our long-time interactions with one another. I was shocked and saddened to see this obituary today. I would love to have the opportunity to talk with one of his children.
