Alice and her late husband, Lewell, were good friends of mine when we were members of Yadkinville Presbyterian Church in the 1980s and 1990s. She was fun to be with and provided good hospitality when we socialized at their home on Spillman Road. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this time.
