Allen Winnett Jacobs

My condolences to the Jacob Family. I played with Allen at the U of U. He was a mentor and wonderful friend. Sorry for your loss to a wonderful man. See you in Heaven..a Utah Man!!

So sorry to learn of the passing of a former Green Bay Packer.

Allen will always be remembered for his humor, and his willingness to help all creatures, large and small. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather,son, brother and uncle.He will be missed terribly. We will always love you. RIP my dear dear bro.

Coach Jacobs was my football coach at Westminster. He was a great Head Coach and leader of our team. I think he learned quite a bit from Vince Lombardi about life and coaching and he did his best to pass it along to his players. He was a tough coach and he expected everything we had as players. He was also very fair and honest. The world a just a little dimmer without his physical presence. God bless his wife and family at this time.

Allen was a terrific person. Great athlete , coach, and always concerned about others. He was a driven man and was successful in all areas because of it! I enjoyed competing with and against him!

My first memory of My cousin Allen, I was 5ish Allen 16ish, I was big and brawny and fun. My parent Cal and Jean Jacobs, talked fondly of Allen . RIP Allen....Lyn Jacobs
