RIP, Al...

So sorry to hear about Allen. We were friends at Hartford Public High School and Park St days. Our sympathy to his family. May he rest in peace.Linda and Richard PelletierManchester

I worked with Al during the early 1970's. I served in Vietnam with the Marine Corps like Al,but we never talked about it. That's how it was. We were assigned to a plain clothes robbery detail one winter and caught the bad guys who were holding up package stores in the south end. There was a wild car chase and I found out that Al was a pretty good driver. Al was a good guy and a serious cop. May he rest in peace. Semper Fi Marine.
