Not sure what to say?

Almar, it has been 20 years since your passing but I think of you all the time my friend. One of my biggest regrets in not checking in on your family. I´m so sorry. You are not forgotten. S/f,

Almar was my class mate at The Citadel in Mighty Mike. He was always laughing and happy. He was a true friend during those tough knob years. I still think of him often and he was gone too soon. My heart is still with his family- you raised a good human and he will always be missed.

As Memorial Day approaches, my mind is filled with thoughts of the sacrifice made by 2LT Fitzgerald. Thank you for your service, Sir. We will never forget.

I was a knob at the Citadel when Mr. Fitzgerald was a junior. Mr. Fitzgerald was already a great leader. He knew how to inspire and motivate us and was firm and tough, but never cruel or unkind. I was deployed later that year to Iraq with the Army and never saw him again, but I will never forget him. I think about him and our other departed brothers and sisters every day and will for the remainder of my life.

In Memory of a Son Loved by GOD to allow him to serve and lead. Loved immensely by Family who misses him dearly and by others who knew him a lifetime or only briefly, yet left an honorable impression in his path.
--Your Mother's Childhood Sister Friend.

In memory & Honor of Almar Fitzgerald on the 7th anniversary of his passing (recent). Please know he will never be forgotten.

Today you crossed my mind. As the wind blew upon my cheeks I imagined your smiling face and I could hear your laughter. I send many hugs from my heart to you!

Creighton Fitzgerald Savage - born 10/6/12. Name after a good friend and a better Marine. RIP Fitz. S/F, Ward

Today I look back at all the details I have done your son will always be in my heart cause the day we lay him to rest I was the bugler for him.
